We can find you a Limassol Property to rent subject to your budget and personal instructions concerning size of property, location etc.,

We will also negotiate the rent on your behalf examine your written Rental Agreement and provide all other assistance you may require at no charge to you!

To Let Your Limassol Property

We will advertise and promote your Limassol Property, interview potential tenants, arrange for viewing appointments, check on your Limassol Property regularly if it's vacant and arrange the written Rental Agreement, if u wish us to do so.

We charge the first month Rental Income as a fee for our services.

Please note that we do not deal with short term rentals. The minimum rental period we deal with is one year.
