Let's be absolutely clear about something...most Estate Agents in Cyprus do a fine job and we do a lot of business with them ourselves.

But an Estate Agent's primary loyalty is with the seller of the property. An Estate Agent will take any property given to him by a client to sell and follow his clients instructions to the letter.

A Property Broker keeps a balance of loyalty between both the seller and the buyer and will advice both of them of the merits of the sale or purchase with honesty and independently.

When we have a client who wishes to buy a Limassol property through us we want him to feel comfortable knowing that we will not try to sell him just any property because it's on our books and we have been instructed to sell it!

Instead we screen all Limassol properties for sale very carefully and as we are Property Brokers and deal with Estate Agents too and with Limassol Property Developers directly, we have also their pool of properties in Limassol to select from, besides our own list of properties.
